Test Assembly - Combined Radial and Axial Loading
Test assembly with combined radial and axial loading in four bearing back-to-back configuration, for taper roller, spherical roller, cylindrical roller, angular contact and deep groove ball bearings. Shaft sizes from 40 mm to 65 mm. Maximum bearing outside diameter 140 mm. Including two pneumatic bellows for load application with force transducer feedback. Maximum axial load per test bearing: 16 kN. Maximum radial load per test bearing: 40 kN. Maximum axial load: 16 kN. Maximum radial load: 80 kN. Including custom tooling for mounting TWO different sizes of test bearing. Bearing housings fitted with thermocouples for bearing outer race temperature sensing. Required test bearing sizes to be confirmed at time of order

Test assembly for bi-directional axial loading of two deep grove ball bearings and uni-directional loading of angular contact bearings. Shaft sizes from 20 mm to 40 mm. Maximum bearing outside diameter 90 mm. Including pneumatic bellows for bi-directional loading with tension/compression force transducer for load feedback. Maximum axial load per test bearing: 4 kN. Maximum axial load: 4 kN. Including custom tooling for mounting ONE size of test bearing. Bearing housings fitted with thermocouples for bearing outer race temperature sensing.
